Perhaps, it's wrong to say "I'm Paranoid" but rather you have the tendency to become paranoid. When things become unruly for you and out of control, you can't concentrate on your work, That's the time you'll seek for professional help.

All I can say is, weird results... Some might be true but some are too exaggerated.
